Meditation is a common word now. Research into this field has proven the effectiveness of meditation and there are hundreds of studies done on this topic. We are offering one of a kind meditation class. Meditation does not only refer to the practice of closing eyes and becoming thoughtless. To reach this state is difficult for most people and hence meditation is considered very difficult. However like anything new you study, there are various techniques available that can help you to reach your meditation goals.
I have been doing meditation for decades now. Since I started hypnotherapy practice and working with thousands of clients, I have found many techniques that are easier to learn and practice and can reach you to the same alpha and theta wavelength of the brain that meditation does. I even hooked myself to a computer that does neurofeedback work to see my brain waves as I do meditation using one technique. There are several techniques in meditation that you can incorporate into your daily activities. In fact things that you do daily such as eating, breathing, drinking, listening can become meditative exercises. My approach to meditation I believe is uniquely different from many meditation practices I have been to over the decades.
Our class is done over 2 to 3 hours based on number of participants. If you and your friends or colleagues would like to host a private group to learn meditation, we can do that for you. I enjoy doing corporate events.

In this class we will discuss meditation and briefly examine the reasons we want to incorporate meditation to help our daily life. We will discuss some laws by which our mind works that can help us to learn meditation faster. Being a hypnotherapist, I have done extensive research on the mind and seen how the mind works with thousands of clients. There are easier ways to train the mind to enter into meditative state.
We will learn various techniques of meditation. Techniques that can be part of our daily activities, techniques that we can use when we have more time, techniques that can be combined to create our own process that will work for us. Our mind likes variations. Having only one way to meditate can become boring for many of us. Then we start finding excuses to skip meditation. So having a bag of techniques gives us variations and based on our mood, time available we can select one that works for us on any particular day and time.
It really helps to practice in a group where there are at least one or more people who are experienced meditators. They can raise the frequency of the group and help the participants reach deeper states of relaxation faster. This is akin to the tuning fork experiment you may have learnt in school. If you set one tuning fork (or clock) to a rhythm than the other tuning fork (or clock) will over time adjust to the rhythm of the first tuning fork (or clock). Energy travels across time and space, hence even if we hold class via skype, phone, the effect is the same. I can reach deeper levels of meditation quite quickly as I have been meditating for decades.
We will practice the techniques together in the class.
Class is good for beginners as well as people who do meditation but are stuck at some level or people who want to learn new techniques of meditation.
Class duration: 2.5 hours to 3 hours. We can tailor the class duration for corporate events.
Class Location: We can do it at our office in Milpitas or in your company or at a private gathering in a location of your choosing . We can do it in person or via skype or phone.
